The C2IR2 is working in concert with multiple agencies and facilities in order to support co-clinical research.
I3CR
Integrative Imaging Informatics for Cancer Research
The purpose of the I3CR is to develop and manage an open source imaging informatics platform that integrates image acquisition, data management, analysis workflows, phenotypic and genomic data sources, clinical information, treatment systems, and scientific knowledge as applied to radiation therapy treatment planning research.
NCIP Hub
A collaboratory for cancer research
NCIP Hub is a resource for collaboration and sharing of data, tools, and standards among the cancer research community. Join NCIP Hub today to create your own research group or join one of the many active communities on the hub!
OMF
Oncology Models Forum
The NCI OMF will work with the community to evolve comprehensive information resources to guide generating, validating, and credentialing of new models, informing their practical uses, advancing modeling technologies, software tools, catalogs and other resources. The NCI OMF is also committed to fostering collaborations that ensure effective, dependable translational use of various mammalian species and cell-based models, and open sharing of data that are generated from these models.
QIN
Quantitative Imaging Network
The QIN Imaging Network is designed to promote research and development of quantitative imaging methods for the measurement of tumor response to therapies in clinical trial settings, with the overall goal of facilitating clinical decision-making.
TCIA
The Cancer Imaging Archive
