Radiomics characterizes the tumor’s phenotype by extracting large number of quantitative image features from radiological images. At the WU-C2IR2, we will use radiomic pipelines to phenotype preclinical and clinical PET and MR tumor image datasets. Radiomic pipelines will be standardized and implemented in the context of co-clinical trials for the multi-parametric PET/MR imaging protocols listed in Table 1.
