PET Hotel Session Splitter
This utility takes a Siemens microPET image session where a “hotel” containing multiple animals is scanned, and splits those scans into individual image sessions with Siemens associated file type for each assigned animal ID. A DICOM hotel splitter is available as well through the cloud-based pipeline. Please contact us to obtain the Python code for the hotel splitter.
